SUBJECT:

NATIONAL CONVENTION SEMINAR WORKSHOP ON APRIL 23 TO 25, 2008 AT PUERTO PRINCESA CITY

The Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) will hold its National Convention Seminar Workshop on April 23-25, 2008 at the "The Legend Hotel 11, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.

In connection therewith, you are authorized to be at the convention site on April 21, 2008, to finalize all the plans, preparation, inspection of the site and all other details of the program prior to the date of the convention. Your attendance shall be considered on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Mr. Charlie A. Regilme, President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention.
