ALL JUDGES OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS OF THE PROVINCE OF COTABATO

ATTENDANCE AT THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON JAIL DECONGESTION TO BE HELD ON JULY 10 - 12, 1996, AT THE UNITED METHODIST CONFERENCE HALL, KIDAPAWAN, COTABATO

The Pillars of the Criminal Justice System with the Parole and Probation Administration in Region XII and the Provincial Government of Cotabato will jointly sponsor a Jail Decongestion Seminar-Workshop to be held at the United Methodist Conference Hall, Kidapawan, Cotabato on July 10 -12, 1996.

The judges concerned are hereby authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds to local funds if authorized and available, provided that there is no disruption of the court calendar and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be Office within ten (10) days from date of the seminar-workshop.
