The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 812 dated May 24, 2001, approved the extension of the familiarization period for MIPS2 to July 13, 2001 with the back value window shortened to end at 11:00 am, instead of 12:00 noon. When the Intraday Liquidity Facility goes on systemwide test in the third week of June 2001, the back value window will be discontinued. All participants will then be required to trade on same day value within the 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and the 5:30 to 6:30 pm windows.
