Please be advised that Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD) No. (V) 98-1057 dated 1 December 1998 evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Ms. Xu, Jing of People’s Republic of China has been reported lost.
Abovementioned document has been cancelled and should not be honored if found but should be surrendered to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas thru the International Department in accordance with item no. 4 of Appendix 10 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
