Re-opening of the Urbancorp Development Corp.
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 2004
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1687 dated 20 November 2003, approved the re-opening of the Urbancorp Development Corp., to be known as the “EIB Savings Bank, Inc.”.
The Certificate of Authority to operate as a thrift bank was signed/issued by the Officer-In-Charge, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas on 20 August 2004.
