Subject: East-West Banking Corporation - Conversion to a Universal Bank
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1696 dated 25 November 2010, approved the upgrading of East West Banking Corporation to a universal bank. The Bank started its operations as a universal bank on 1 August 2012.
