CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1999
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions With Trust Functions
To attain the highest level of public awareness on trust, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas supports the Trust Officers Association of the Philippines' celebration of Trust Consciousness Week from March 12 to 19, 1999.
All banks and non-banks performing trust functions are enjoined to ensure the successful national observance of this week under the theme "Facing New Challenges Through Trust".
