SUBJECT : Bank Deposits Sequestered by Virtue of E.O. No. 2

Mr. Magtanggol C. Gunigundo, Chairman, Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG), in his letter dated June 1, 1993, informed this Office that the PCGG is presently undertaking an inventory of all bank deposits sequestered by virtue of Executive Order No. 2.

In this connection, Chairman Gunigundo seeks assistance from this Office in requesting you to provide the PCGG with a list of all frozen bank accounts with you, if any, against which sequestration orders were previously issued by the PCGG, with balances updated as of May 31, 1993, including certified copies of any and all related documents in support thereto.
