We advise that Central Bank Registration Document (CBRD) No. (DE) 94-00212 dated April 12, 1994, covering the foreign direct investment in S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. of S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc., USA, has been reported lost.
Abovementioned registration document should not be honored when presented for capital repatriation or profit remittances pursuant to Section 40 of CB Circular 1389 dated April 13, 1993.
