Please be advised that BSRD No. (DE/S) 95-00926 - DE dated 10 November 1995, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of TA International SDN Berhad, Malaysion in Philippine TA Securities, Inc. has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of Circular No. 1389 dated 13 April 1993, as amended.
