SUBJECT:

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING ON FEBRUARY 23, 2004 AT 12:00 NOON AT STA. MESA, MANILA

The Philippine Judges Association will hold its regular monthly meeting of officers and directors on February 23, 2004 at 12:00 noon at Chowking Restaurant located at corner J. P. Laurel and Nagtahan St. Sta. Mesa.

Attendance at the said meeting shall be OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, but all concerned should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said convention.
