Upon manifestation of petitioner' s counsel that petitioner's Application for Abatement has been granted by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and that a Certificate of Approval has been issued on January 19, 2012, the Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review filed on February 27, 2012 was GRANTED.
