AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED JUDGES OF REGION 9 AT THE LECTURE-FORUM ON THE JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT RULE

The.Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will hold a Lecture-Forum on the Judicial Affidavit Rule on January 25, 2013, at the Oriental Hotel, Palo, Leyte.

Attendance in this seminar-workshop shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. All properly documented travel expenses shall be reimbursed at a later date upon submission of properly documented receipts.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
