RDAO No. 01-2024 — Designates Deputy Commissioner of Operations Group as Officer-in-Charge of the Bureau of Internal Revenue in view of the official travel of the Commissioner

REVENUE DELEGAtION AUTHORItY ORdER NO. 1-2024

In the exigencies of the revenue service and in view of the undersigned official travel to join the State Visit of His Excellency Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. in Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam from January 29 to 31, 2024, Deputy Commissioner MARIDUR V. ROSARIO of the Operations Group is hereby designated as Officer-In-Charge of the Bureau of Internal Revenue, to perform the powers and duties of the Commissioner on all matters, except the following:

1. Signing of revenue travel assignment orders and revenue special orders for

reassignment of personnel;

2. Approval of original and promotional appointments;

3. Approval of decisions on administrative cases involving dismissal of revenue

officials and employees from the service; and

4. All powers which cannot be delegated under Section 7 of the Tax code of 1997, as

amended.

This Order shall take effect on January 29, 2024.
