Subject: First Mindoro Microfinance Rural Bank, Inc. - Notice of Opening
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 807 dated 22 June 2006, approved the establishment of a microfinance-oriented rural bank in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro to be known as the First Mindoro Microfinance Rural Bank, Inc. The Certificate of Authority to Operate was granted to the Bank on 8 November 2007. It started operations on 12 November 2007.
