Establishment and operations of Robinson's Savings Bank Corporation
CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1997
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 994 dated 30 July 1997, authorized the establishment and operation of ROBINSON'S SAVINGS BANK CORPORATION as a thrift bank, located at Level 3, Expansion Mall, Robinson's Galleria, EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue, Quezon City.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed by the Governor on 11 November 1997.
The bank started operations on 28 November 1997.
