CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1999
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 512 dated April 21, 1999, authorized the THE MANILA BANKING CORPORATION to operate as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority was signed and issued by the Governor on June 23, 1999.
The bank started operations on June 28, 1999.
