THE NATIONAL OFFICERS OF THE COURT STENOGRAPHIC REPORTERS ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (COSTRAPHIL), INC.

SUBJECT:

EMERGENCY MEETING ON 06 TO 07 MAY 2010 IN BACOLOD CITY

The National Officers of the Court Stenographic Reporters Association of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL), Inc., will hold an emergency meeting on 06 to 07 May 2010 at the Hall of Justice, Bacotod City to discuss the preparations for the 6th National Convention and Seminar of the COSTRAPHIL in 2011 and other relevant matters.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available and, provided further that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Belinda G. Go, Executive Vice-President/Acting President of the Association shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
