AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECT EMPLOYEES FROM THE DIFFERENT OFFICES OF THE SUPREME COURT TO ATTEND THE "BRIEFING FOR THE ERT MEMBERS" AND "EMERGENCY RESPONSE AND EVACUATION DRILL"

The Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Services to facilitate the conduct of the following activities:

1. Briefing for the ERT Members composed of ERT Members and some from the janitorial crew who also need to briefed on the goings-on being part of the SC Community participating in the drill. This will be on August 13, 2019 (Tuesday) from 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and this will be held at the SC Training Center.

2. Emergency Response and Evacuation Drill on August 15, 2019 (Thursday) at 9:00 a.m. that will focus on an earthquake scenario. This will be composed all employees of the Court and again the members of the ERT.

The activity aims to:

- discuss the details of the Earthquake drill and will also remind the participants on their respective roles during the simulation of an earthquake.

- to help prepare themselves should a disaster or calamity such as earthquake, fire or the like happen.

- to practice what have been taught them in the trainings they have attended in handling and/or responding to emergency situations.
