AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION 12 EXCEPT LANAO DEL SUR AND NORTE AND CLERKS OF COURT OF REGION 11 AT THE TRAINING SEMINAR ON THE 2016 REVISED RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR SMALL CLAIMS CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) will be conducting the Training Seminar on the 2016 Revised Rules of Procedure for Small Claims Cases for First Level Court Judges and Clerks of Court of Region 12 except Lanao del Sur and Norte and Clerks of Court of Region 11 on April 29, 2016 (Friday), 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at the East Asia Royale Hotel, General Santos City.

Attendance in this Training-Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS.

The participating judges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.

Any communication relating to this seminar-workshop shall be addressed to Hon. Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA, 3rd Floor, Centennial Building, Supreme Court, corner Padre Faura Street and Taft Avenue, Manila.
