TO : THE CONCERNED OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE FIRST LEVEL CLERKS OF COURT ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (FLECCAP)

SUBJECT : EXECUTIVE MEETING ON 24 AND 25 JULY 2015 IN DUMAGUETE CITY

The First Level Clerks of Court Association of the Philippines, Inc. (FLECCAP) will hold an executive meeting on 24 and 25 July 2015 (Friday and Saturday) in Dumaguete City relative to the preparations for the forthcoming FLECCAP General Assembly and Seminar on 2 to 4 December 2015 at the Convention Center of Dumaguete City.

In connection therewith, the following officers and members of the board of directors of FLECCAP are authorized to attend the meeting on 24 July 2015:

The attendance of the above-named personnel shall be on OFFICIAL- TIME provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Dante Gil D. Gumpal, National President of FLECCAP, shall submit a report on the conduct of the meeting with copy of the attendance sheet/s to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
