TO : THE OFFICERS AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN AND CITY JUDGES ASSOCIATION OF THE PHILIPPINES (MetCJAP)

SUBJECT : FIRST QUARTERLY BOARD MEETING ON 2 TO 3 FEBRUARY 2017 AT THE A AND A BED AND BREAKFAST INN, LEGAZPI CITY, ALBAY

The officers and board of trustees of the Metropolitan and City Judges Association of the Philippines (MetCJAP) will hold their first quarterly board meeting on 2 to 3 February 2017 at the A and A Bed and Breakfast Inn, Diamond St., Imperial Court Subdivision, Legazpi City, Albay.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Judge Belen G. Salespara-Carasig, Secretary General of the MetCJAP, shall submit to .the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the meeting with a complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
