TO: ALL JUDGES CONCERNED AND COURT EMPLOYEES

SUBJECT: INTER-OFFICE SPORTSFEST EVERY FRIDAY AT 3 P.M. AT THE HALL OF JUSTICE, PUERTO PRINCESA CITY

The Court Employees of Puerto Princesa City will have their Inter-Office Sportsfest every Friday at 3 p.m. at the Hall of Justice, Puerto Princesa City.

All concerned are authorized to participate on the said event on OFFICIAL TIME but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this Office within ten (10) days from the date of the event.
