REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6788 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LA UNION PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION, TO ILOCOS REGIONAL HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The name of the La Union Provincial Hospital situated in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of La Union, is hereby changed to Ilocos Regional Hospital.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
