AN ACT DECLARING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGO, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, AS DULY CONSTITUTED BARRIOS THEREOF.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The barrios of Tabunan, Busay, Sampinit, Malingin, Bagroy, Alianza, Ma-ao Central, Binobohan, Ilijan, Mailum and Bacong-Montilla in the Municipality of Bago, Province of Negros Occidental, are hereby declared as duly constituted barrios of said municipality.
SEC 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted, without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
