SUBJECT :

ANNUAL "HATAW" SPORTS FEST ON MAY 25 TO 27, 2011

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Quezon City Chapter will be holding its Annual "HATAW" Sportsfest to be launched on May 25, 2011, at the Halls of Justice of Quezon City grounds and will end on May 27, 2011.

In this connection, the court employees in Quezon City are hereby authorized to attend the aforecited activity on OFFICIAL TIME. The Executive Judges/Presiding Judges concerned shall see to it that subsequent activities on May 26 and 27, 2011 shall be scheduled after office hours, so as not to disrupt .the business of the courts.

Ms. Estrella F. Bober, President PACE, Quezon City Chapter shall submit to the Court Management Office, OCA a report within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the sports fest.
