TO: ALL COURT STENOGRAPHERS FROM THE PROVINCES OF CAVITE, LAGUNA, BATANGAS, RIZAL, QUEZON, MINDORO ORIENTAL, MINDORO OCCIDENTAL, MARINDUQUE, ROMBLON AND PALAWAN

CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY ON MAY 21-23, 2009 AT PUERTO GALERA, ORIENTAL MINDORO

The Court Stenographers from CALABARZON and MIMAROPA will hold its "Consultative Assembly" on May 21-23, 2009 at Puerto Galera.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said assembly on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar

Ms. Amparo De Guzman and Agnes A. Rodelas, both Chapter Presidents of Batangas City and Oriental Mindoro, respectively, are hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days after the said assembly.
