AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED SUPREME COURT, REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURT, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES' OFFICIALS AND PERSONNEL AND OTHER KEY STAKEHOLDERS IN THE ACTION PLANNING WORKSHOP ON MEDIATION IN TRIAL COURTS

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center (PMC), in coordination with The Asia Foundation (TAF), will hold a two-day Action Planning Workshop for Selected Judges,, Clerks of Court, Coordinators/Mediators, Deans of Law Schools and Lawyers of Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao to be held on July 26-27, 2004, at the Manila Pavilion, United Nations Avenue, Manila. The objectives of the workshop are to provide solutions to the problems identified during the Evaluation Workshops conducted in Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao and to suggest concrete measures in implementing the solutions reached during this Workshop.
