TO : CLERKS OF COURT, LEGAL RESEARCHERS AND OTHER COURT PERSONNEL OF THE TRIAL COURTS IN ZAMBOANGA CITY.

SUBJECT : SUPREME COURT CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION ON JUNE 8, 2001 (CULTURAL NIGHT) IN THE CITY OF MANILA.

The Supreme Court will conduct its Centennial Celebration on June 8, 2001 (Cultural Night), in the City of Manila.

The Zamboanga City participants during the Regional Centennial Celebration at Butuan City are authorized to attend the said celebration on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS CHARGEABLE TO LOCAL FUNDS IF AUTHORIZED AND AVAILABLE but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

A report on the attendance should be submitted to this. Office within ten (10) days from June 8, 2001.
