TO : THE CONCERNED JUDGES AND COURT PERSONNEL OF THE FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL COURTS IN REGION 8 AND THE LOCAL OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES

SUBJECT : 2nd REGIONAL SPORTSFEST ON 22 TO 24 OCTOBER 2015 IN NAVAL, BILIRAN

The Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) Region VIII will hold the 2nd Regional Sportsfest on 22 to 24 October 2015 (Thursday to Saturday) at the Naval State University, Naval, Biliran.

The players (judges and court personnel) in the sportsfest and the PACE local officers are hereby authorized to attend the activities on 22 to 23 October 2015, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that the court calendars are properly managed, the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings and a skeletal force remains in all courts/offices to attend to official business or transactions.

Ms. Leila L. Cinco, Regional Director, PACE Region VIII, shall submit a report on the conduct of the sportsfest with the complete list of all the judges and court personnel who participated in the activities to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
