TO: THE CONCERNED OFFICERS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES, INC. (PACE, INC.)

SUBJECT : MEETINGS ON 14 AND 15 SEPTEMBER 2017 AT THE PACE, INC. HEADQUARTERS, MANILA

The Executive Committee of the Philippine Association of Court Employees, Inc. (PACE, Inc.) will hold its meetings on 14 and 15 September 2017 at the PACE, Inc. Headquarters, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following PACE, Inc. officers are hereby authorized to attend the meetings, on OFFICIAL TIME , provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption in the court calendar:

Atty. Maria Fe O. Maloloy-on, National President, PACE, Inc., shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the meetings with the complete list of the attendees within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 194-2017 dated 14 September 2017.
