SUBJECT : CONSULTATIVE CONFERENCE FOR JUST AND HUMANE EVICTION AND DEMOLITION ON AUGUST 13, 2013 AT THE WATERFRONT INSULAR HOTEL-DAVAO, LANANG, DAVAO CITY

The Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor (PCUP) will be conducting a Consultative Conference for Just and Humane Eviction and Demolition on August 13, 2013 at the Waterfront Insular Hotel-Davao, Lanang, Davao City.

In connection therewith, the following judges together with either the branch clerk of court or the sheriff in their respective salas are hereby authorized to attend the conference, on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and availabale, provided that their court calendars are properly managed and the parties are notified of any cancelled hearings, to wit:
