All officers and directors of the Philippine Judges Association (PJA) are hereby authorised to attend the PJA Board Meetings to be held at Cagayan De Oro City on March 28 and 29, 1996 .

This is on OFFICIAL TIME / OFFICIAL BUSINESS , chargeable to local funds if authorised and available

A report on the attendance of judges should be submitted to this Office within teji (10) days from date of the meeting.
