SUBJECT: OATH TAKING AND TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES ON JULY 9 AND 10, 2007

In the decision of the First Division of this Court dated August 31, 2006, in Administrative Case No. 6317 entitled, "Luzviminda C. Lijauco vs. Atty. Rogelio P. Terrado" respondent Atty. Rogelio P. Terrado was suspended from the practice of law for six (6) months, effective from notice.

In the same decision, Atty. Terrado was sternly warned that any similar infraction will be dealt with more severely and further ordered to return, within thirty (30) days from notice, the sum of P70,000.00 to complainant Luzviminda C. Lijauco and to submit to this Court proof of his compliance within three (3) days therefrom.

The decision was received by the respondent on October 11, 2006 . Further, in a Resolution dated February 7, 2007 , the Court denied with finality the respondent's Motion for Reconsideration, as no substantial matters were raised to warrant a reconsideration thereof.
