SUBJECT : DISBARMENT OF ATTY. NICOLAS C. TORRES

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the .Decision of the Court En Banc dated 23 September 2014 in Administrative Case No. 10438, entitled "CF Sharp Crew Management Incorporated v. Atty. Nicolas C. Torres", to wit:

WHEREFORE, respondent Nicolas C. Torres is found guilty of violating Rule 1.01, Canon 1 and Rules 16.01 and 16.03, Canon 16 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, he is hereby DISBARRED from the practice of law and his name ordered STRICKEN OFF from the roll of Attorneys.

In a Resolution dated 21 January 2015, the Court DENIED the prayer to terminate this case filed by counsel for respondent, as the case was already resolved in the Court's Decision dated 23 September 2014. Counsel for the respondent received on 10 February 2015 the Resolution dated 21 January 2015.
