SUBJECT : SUSPENSION OF ATTY. EDGARDO M. SALANDANAN FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW FOR THREE (3) YEARS

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Decision dated 25 July 2017 of the Court En Banc in Administrative Case No. 1346, entitled "Paces Industrial Corporation v. Atty. Edgardo M. Salandanan," to wit:

WHEREFORE, IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, the Court SUSPENDS Atty. Edgardo M. Salandanan from the practice of law for three (3) years effective upon his receipt of this decision, with a warning that his commission of a similar offense will be dealt with more severely.

Let copies of this decision be included in the personal record of Atty. Edgardo M. Salandanan and entered in his file in the Office of the Bar Confidant.

Per Registry Return Receipt No. 26978, respondent received a copy of the Decision dated 25 July 2017 on 20 October 2017.
