AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES OF SOCSARGEN TO THE INAUGURATION OF THE PMC UNIT, OATH TAKING OF NEWLY ACCREDITED MEDIATORS AND PHILJA MEETING WITH SOCSARGEN JUDGES

The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA) and the Philippine Mediation Center (PMC), in coordination with the City Government of General Santos, the inited States Agency for International Development (USAID), The Asia Foundation TAF) and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (Socsargen Chapter), will conduct a ie-Orientation Seminar for Court Annexed Mediators, the Inauguration of the PMC iuilding, the Oath-Taking of Newly Accredited Mediators and a PHILJA Meeting with ocsargen Judges to be held on June 5-6, 2006 at the Hall of Justice Compound and asa Luisa Restaurant, General Santos City.

The following judges are required to attend and participate in the Drementioned Inauguration, Oath-taking and PHILJA Meeting on June 6, 2006:

Attendance at the Inauguration of the PMC Building, Oath Taking of Newly Accredited Mediators and PHILJA Meeting with Socsargen Judges shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL TIME.

The participating Judges should see to it that their respective court calendars vould be properly managed for the duration of their participation in the Inauguration, Oath Taking Ceremony, and PHILJA Meeting, and that the parties are notified in advance of any cancellation of hearings.
