SUBJECT: LIFTING OF SUSPENSION FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW OF ATTY. REYNALDO NOVERO, JR.

For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the Resolution dated 9 July 2018 of the Third Division in Administrative Case No. 5394, entitled "Engr. Rizalino Fernandez vs. Atty. Reynaldo Novero, Jr.," to wit:

" A.C. No. 5394 (Engr. Rizalino Fernandez vs. Atty. Reynaldo Novero, Jr.). - This refers to the Office of the Bar Confidant's Report and Recommendation dated June 20, 2018 relative to respondent's Compliance of May 31, 2018 with the Resolution dated March 12, 2018, submitting the required certifications from the Office of the Executive Judge, Hon. Raymundo Joseph G. Javier of the Regional Trial Court, Bacolod City and Integrated Bar of the Philippines Negros Occidental Chapter, affirming that respondent did not engage in the practice of law during the period of his suspension from September 22, 2016 to May 28, 2018, and finding that based on the submitted records and documents, respondent has fully served the one-month suspension from the practice of law.

The Court upon the recommendation of the OBC, resolves to LIFT the order of suspension imposed on Atty. Reynaldo S. Nonero, [sic] Jr. and ALLOW him to resume his practice of law.

The said OBC's report and recommendation is NOTED."
