SUBJECT INDEFINITE SUSPENSION OF ATTY EMILY A. BAJAR FROM THE PRACTICE OF LAW
In compliance with the resolution of the Third Division of the Court dated April 13, 1999 in re: Administrative Case No. 3731 (Manuel S. Sebastian vs. Atty. Emily A. Bajar), quoted hereunder for the information and guidance of all concerned is the resolution passed by the Board of Governors of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in the above entitled case, to wit:
"Resolution No. XII - 96 - 149, Administrative Case No. 3731, Manuel A. Sebastian vs. Atty. Emily A. Bajar

Respondent Atty. Emily A. Bajar is hereby SUSPENDED INDEFINITELY from the practice of law for Unethical Practices and attitudes showing her propensity and incorrigible character to violate the basic tenets and requirements of the Code of Professional Responsibility rendering her unfit to continue in the practice of law.
