ALL NATIONAL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE JUDICIARY ASSOCIATION OF CLERKS OF THE PHILIPPINES (JACOPHIL)

SUBJECT: 4 th NATIONAL CONVENTION AND SEMINAR ON APRIL 21-23,2004 AT LIPA CITY

The Judiciary Association of Clerks of the Philippines (JACOPHIL) will hold its 4 th National Convention-Seminar on April 21-23, 2004 at the Lipa City Youth and Cultural Center , Lipa City , Batangas.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said convention.
