TO : THE CONCERNED SPECIAL COMMERCIAL COURT JUDGES

SUBJECT : JUDICIAL TRAINING ON CYBERCRIME ON 24 TO 28 NOVEMBER 2014 AT THE DIAMOND HOTEL, MANILA

The Department of Justice will conduct the Judicial Training on Cybercrime on 24 to 28 November 2014 at the Diamond Hotel, Manila.

In connection therewith, the following special commercial court judges are hereby authorized to attend the training, on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that their respective court calendars are properly managed and that parties are notified of any cancelled hearings:

5. Hon. Maria Amifaith S. Fider-Reyes RTC, Branch 42, City of San Fernando

6. Hon. Richard A. Paradeza RTC, Branch 72, Olongapo City

The above-named judges shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, their respective certificates of attendance within ten (10) days from their receipt thereof.
