CIRCULAR LETTER Series of 1996
TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 566 dated 5 June 1996, authorized the establishment and operation of ANCHOR SAVINGS BANK as a thrift bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed/issued by the Governor on 6 December 1996.
The bank started operations on 10 December 1996.
