Please be advised that BSRD No. A011616-DE dated 16 December 2005, evidencing registration of the foreign direct investment of Maxxium Worldwide B.V., The Netherlands in Maxxium Philippines Fine Wines and Spirits Inc., has been reported lost.
Above-mentioned document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or dividend remittance pursuant to Section 40 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions 1/ issued under Circular No. 645 dated 13 February 2009.
