REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9802 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE SILAY — LANTAWAN ROAD IN THE CITY OF SILAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. The Silay — Lantawan Road in the City of Silay, Province of Negros Occidental is hereby converted into a national road.
SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Wokrs and Highways shall issue the necessary rules, orders and circulars to implement the provision of this Act.
SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
