SUBJECT:

MEETING ON MARCH 4-5, 2004 AT THE LIBRARY OF THE REGIONAL TRLAL COURT, NAGA CITY

In preparation for the forthcoming 4 th National Convention of the Philippine Association of Court Social Workers, Inc. (PACSWI) to be held on April 21-23, 2004, The President and Court Social Workers in Region 5 will have a meeting on March 4-5, 2004 at the library of the Regional Trial Court, Naga City,

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said meeting on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds, if authorized and available, subject to prior -written permission of their respective Executive/Presiding Judges and their attendance thereat shall not disrupt the court calendar.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted to this office within ten (10) days from date of the said meeting.
