ALL OFFICERS AND MEMBERS OF THE PHILIPPINE JUDGES ASSOCIATION (PJA)

SUBJECT:

ANNUAL CONVENTION/SEMINAR AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS ON OCTOBER 17-19, 2007 AT THE CENTENNIAL HALL, MANILA HOTEL

The Philippine Judges Association (PJA) will hold its Annual Convention/Seminar and Election of Officers on October 17-19, 2007 at the Centennial Hall, Manila Hotel.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS, chargeable to local funds if authorized and available provided that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified of any cancelled hearings.

Further, the officers and members of the association are hereby reminded to OBSERVE the Guidelines on the Conduct of Election of Judges' Associations under OCA Circular No. 54-2007 dated May 21, 2007 .

Judge Guillermo P. Agloro, President of the Association is hereby directed to submit a report within ten (10) days from the date of the convention/seminar.
