AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES AND BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF DESIGNATED GREEN COURTS OF REGION VIII AT THE 17TH MULTI-SECTORAL CAPACITY BUILDING ON ENVIRONMENTAL LAWS AND THE RULES OF PROCEDURE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CASES

The Philippine Judicial Academy, in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, will conduct the 17TH Multi-Sectoral Capacity Building on Environmental Laws and the Rules of Procedure for Environmental Cases on August 29 to 31, 2012 at the Apo View Hotel, Davao City.
