REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6710 - AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 1 OF EACH YEAR AS BAGUIO CHARTER DAY AND A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO IN ORDER TO COMMEMORATE THE ANNIVERSARY OF THE SAID CITY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. In order to commemorate the anniversary of the City of Baguio, September 1 of each year is hereby declared as Baguio Charter Day and a special non-working holiday in the said city.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
