TO : THE NATIONAL OFFICERS, THE REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES, AND THE MEMBERS OF THE REVISION COMMITTEE OF THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT INTERPRETERS, INC. (PHILACI, INC.)

SUBJECT: 1st REGULAR MEETING ON 3 TO 5 JULY 2013 AT PAGUDPUD, ILOCOS NORTE

The National Officers, the Regional Representatives, and the members of the Revision Committee of the Constitution and By-Laws of the Philippine Association of Court Interpreters, Inc. (PHILACI, Inc.) will hold their lst Regular Meeting on 3 to 5 July 2013 at Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is a prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Ms. Corazon O. Luntayao, President of the Association, shall submit a report on the conduct of the meeting (including the complete list of all the court personnel who attended) to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.
