(amending Adm. Circular No. 4-93) RE Designation of Resource Persons/Lecturers for Judicial Program

For purposes of its judicial programs, the Institute of Judicial Administration is authorized to invite and designate as resource persons/lecturers any member of the Judiciary, who shall during such seminars be considered on official time with authority to receive such honoraria as may be provided by the Institute, upon prior consultation with the Program Director.
